I’ve reached out to figure out a replacement/return; the photos on the shirt turned out not very detailed and just black figures on the shirt. You can’t tell it’s a dog. No details. The shirt received does not look like the preview. A review of what was printed before shipment would’ve helped since you can’t see the dog at all. Again I’ve reached out with no response. I could’ve edited the photos to reveal other parts of the dog face. A proper accurate preview would’ve helped this since it took so long to get the shirt only to be disappointed.

I got this customized shirt for my son. We lost our cat to leukemia last year and he was such a special cat. I was amazed at the quality of the shirt and my son hasn’t taken it off since it came in the mail. Thank you so much for making this so special for us to hold on to him❤️

The Hoodie is great and looks nice but the image that was added came out blurry and could have been positioned better! I submitted a clear photo that I thought was a good quality as specified. The instructions on line need to be more specific like what image quality number is need. Because of that we were disappointed.
